How long does it take to get my product?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our production site is in Austin Texas. We manufacture some components, do final assembly, and all testing here in our facility. We have a global supply chain that we work with to deliver the right product, at the right price and scale you need.
For sensitive applications that requirements on where components are manufactured and sourced, we can meet your needs.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US states and we work with customers all over the world. We adhere to all regulations regarding import, export, tariff and taxation and have years of experience navigating the complexities of international trade.
What shippers do you use?
We ship US domestic items by UPS and Fedex. We ship internationally via DHL, UPS, and Fedex. We can work with your freight forwarder, and set up production shipments under a range ISO terms.

How do I know where my optic is pointing?
There are a range of methods, but a common approach is to use an encoder to know the precise position of your optic at any time. Learn more here.
Does a spinning polygon or monogon vibrate?
To some degree, anything that moves or spins will vibrate. The better the level of balance, the less any vibration will be perceptible. Mirrors can come with a range of different coatings? Which one is best?
